INDICATOR OF THE COMMUNICATION WITH INVESTORS FOR LISTED COMPANIES
The VEKTOR by ARIR indicator was calculated by ARIR for the first time in 2019 for the Main Market and is published annually on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) website.
Starting with 2022, ARIR evaluates also the companies from BETAeRO, according to the latest index structure available at the time of valuation.
Starting in 2025, ARIR will also evaluated the investor communication of bond issuers, using a dedicated methodology.

The VEKTOR by ARIR evaluation started from 73 companies, in 2019, reaching 116 in 2024.
Local market progress
The indicator has contributed to a raise in general Investor Relations attention and quality in the local capital market, fact observed by the increase in the number of companies receiving maximum score – from 3 in 2019 to 21 in 2023 in the Main Market.
International interest
The indicator has created international interest, with discussions with stakeholders from Armenia, Croatia, Greece, Hungary and EBRD to explore the possibility of applying the methodology.
The results of the VEKTOR by ARIR evaluation are audited every year by Forvis Mazars.
