Diana Ispas, Partner at Bondoc & Asociatii, is a lawyer with + 15 years of experience focusing on banking & capital markets financing (both bank syndicated and bilateral lending and corporate and municipal bond issues), public M&A, regulatory advice on the full spectrum of the financial services legislation (payment services, e-money, insurance, pension funds), as well as corporate governance. Marian Năstase is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Remuneration & Nominations Committee within ALRO, one of the largest vertically integrated aluminium
producers in Europe, measured by production capacity.
Marian Năstase graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest where he majored in foreign trade. Mr. Năstase has extensive experience in financial consulting and audit.
He has worked at Deloitte & Touche in Romania, amongst other financial services firms.
In 2002, Marian Năstase joined ALRO as the Executive Director in charge of all financial affairs of the Company. Mr. Năstase was subsequently appointed as Vimetco Country Manager
Romania and his current mandate covers all Vimetco Group operations in aluminium, alumina and natural gas in the country.

The Romanian entrepreneur Corneliu Bodea is a shareholder of the international ABBC Group and CEO
of Adrem. A brand with over 25 years of history on the Romanian market, Adrem consists of companies
active in the energy industry. Corneliu extended his engineering education with management studies
and an MBA from the Open University, UK.
Since 2014, Corneliu Bodea was elected President of the Romanian Energy Center (CRE), a non-
governmental organization which activates in the energy industry, effective both in Romania and
Brussels. CRE represents the interests of the main stakeholders on the Romanian energy market and
facilitates communication with their corresponding European interlocutors, while also providing an
European platform for dialogue for the energy industry.
With significant experience in the energy industry, in managing complex projects and over 1000
employees, Corneliu is very committed to supporting and contributing to all initiatives that foster the

Alexandru Stânean joined the TeraPlast Team in 2007, occupying, over time, different positions within the TeraPlast Group, such as Deputy General Manager, Director of Operations, in charge of external development. In 2008, he was part of the team responsible for TeraPlast’s IPO. Currently, Mr. Stânean is Chief Executive Officer of TeraPlast, in his second term.
Răzvan Butucaru is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR).
As partner in Mazars Romania, Razvan is coordinating the financial services group as well as the advisory services including IT advisory, regulatory and risk management consulting.
He has significant experience accumulated during various audit, assurance and financial advisory engagements. His clients’ portfolio covers a wide range of industries from the financial services sector having worked on various projects with banks, insurance companies, pension funds and regulatory institutions.

Gaetano Casale is the Founder and Managing Partner of INNOVA Project Consulting, a Romanian consultancy company specialized in providing sustainability services. He has an extensive experience in the development of consultancy projects regarding the integration and reporting of sustainability issues in private organizations at international level in different sector of activities. He has also conducted two important research studies: Italians and Sustainable Development (2008) and Sustainability in Private Organizations – the role of HR Manager (2009).
Mihaela is the Founder and Managing Partner of INNOVA Project Consulting, a sustainable development consultancy company established in 2013. Mihaela has 15 years of business management experience both within public and private organizations. Within INNOVA, Mihaela has coordinated various consultancy contracts regarding the sustainability integration and the realization of Non-Financial and Sustainability Reports according to the GRI – Global Reporting Initiative Standards and EU Directive no. 95/2014 for different important companies in Romania.
Olivier joined Invoke Software in 2010 as a Professional Services Consultant and is now heading the UK office. Hundreds of companies in Europe relied on his assistance over the past decade in order to comply with financial regulations but also on his expertise in advising companies on how to implement XBRL technology software.
Andreia is leading the South Eastern European office of the largest and fastest growing international business and accountancy association. She established the office in March 2006, in Bucharest and is now responsible for ACCA’s activities in Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Macedonia and Moldova. Her previous position was with the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania, as Manager of the International Relations Department. She has eight years of academic accounting training and more than 20 years work experience with professional accountancy bodies at national, regional and international level. She is a Project Management Professional and holds an MSC in Marketing.
Corina Popescu is a top executive with an impressive experience in the field of electricity and natural gas. Starting with 1 February 2019, Corina Popescu is the CEO of Electrica, after holding the interim position as CEO of the company and after being the CEO of Societatea de Distribuție a Energiei Electrice Muntenia Nord, part of Electrica Group. Since 2007, Corina Popescu has worked in the private sector, holding important positions in E.ON Romania Group and OMV Group.
Additionally, between December 2015 and February 2017, Corina Popescu held the position of State Secretary within the Ministry of Energy, period during which she was also a member of Electrica’s Board of Directors. Starting with 1 May 2017, she was appointed in Transelectrica’s Directorate, and during June 2017 – April 2018 she was Transelectrica’s Directorate President.
Narcisa Oprea is Partner at Schoenherr Bucharest, where she heads the Capital Markets Group since 2008, when she joined the firm. Previously, she was Head of Legal at the Bucharest Stock Exchange and coordinated the capital markets practice at a Romanian law firm. In her +20 years of experience, Narcisa advised on some of the largest equity and debt capital markets projects in Romania. Narcisa has had a significant contribution to changing the local capital markets legal framework so that it is better aligned with international standards. She also contributed to the OECD White Paper on Corporate Governance in South East Europe and acted as OECD rapporteur on implementation of the OECD Corporate Governance Principles in Romania.
Amani Korayeim is the All-EMEA Director for Sales and Product Development of lnstitutional lnvestor and Extel Research. She oversees key client relationships, strategic partnerships and the launch of new research products as well as the expansion into new markets. She works closely with IR and executive management teams, running capability assessment workshops to help inform and drive IR outreach strategies. Amani has spent the last 8 years in the IR space and speaks regularly at IR society events focused on global trends in IR, outreach optimisation and the impact of new regulations. She obtained the Certificate of Investor Relations (CIR) from the UKIRS and graduated from the University of London with a BSc in Economics & Politics.
Adrian Tănase is currently the CEO of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, a position he has occupied since January 2018 and has a career of over 20 years in equity portfolio management. Prior to taking up this position, Adrian was the Chief Investment Officer for 5 years at NN Pensii, the largest Romanian private pension fund, and CEO at ING Asset Management, Bucharest Branch for 2 years. He is a member of the CFA Institute since 2009.
Daniela Șerban has driven the project to set up the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR) and is currently the ARIR President. She is a financial and communications professional with experience in consultancy, financial institutions and media. Since 2010, during 7 years at the national stock exchange, she represented the Romanian capital markets in front of foreign investors around the world and led some of the largest financial education campaigns. Shifting from the finance and consultancy world to the NGOs world in 2018, she has driven and supported numerous other initiatives and causes in areas of transparency and corporate governance, circular economy and children with special needs. She has a BA in Finance, a Master in Corporate Finance and is a PhD student and lecturer of Financial Markets at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
